Tom is head of Asset Management for Stonemark Housing Partners and has over 25 years of commercial management experience with office, industrial, retail and multi-family properties. Previously he held tenure at large Commercial Real Estate operators Prologis, Opus, and Pinnacle directly managing large portfolios spanning several million SF. Over the course of his career, Tom has handled financings, operations, acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing over portions of or entire portfolios of real estate. His experience includes participation in the development of new projects from the property management perspective, and the commissioning of property management functions in new projects. His eye for optimization has created success for dozens of his trusted clients. 

Tom is a native Seattleite and serves on the Board of several Seattle area organizations including The Italian Club of Seattle, and is a graduate of Washington State University with a Business Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management. He and his family live in Sammamish and enjoy local sports and the arts.
