Robert is the managing partner of Stonemark Housing Partners. He has over 40 years real estate experience having closed over $1 billion in sales, finance, and joint ventures. Robert previously held leadership positions at large real estate companies such as Weyerhaeuser, Cornerstone Development Company, and Polygon Group of Companies. He has developed nearly 2,000 apartment units in multiple states throughout the country. In addition, Robert’s past experience includes the accounting, cash management, budgeting, and finance for over 100 companies. Most companies were single asset entities that owned a single property. Other companies included a property management company, a multi-market home building company, a major joint venture that developed single family and commercial properties in Arizona and a venture capital company headquartered in Washington. 

Since 2008, Robert leveraged this experience to help friends, family, and trusted clients deploy capital into multi-family projects in strategic submarkets throughout the country. During that period, he has successfully executed 17 deals totaling over $100 million in transaction value. Robert lives with his wife in Lake Stevens, Washington, is active in Rotary and enjoys volleyball and traveling in his spare time.
