Dan serves as Stonemark’s Director of Investor Relations. Dan began his real estate career in 1993 as an analyst studying site location and demographics for large retailers like Costco and Starbucks. Dan later leveraged his expertise into brokerage where he filled several million SF of office space converting empty properties into energetic hubs of business and innovation. For the past 20 years, he has sold, leased and developed every major type of investment real estate both on a third-party basis, and for his family’s holdings. Throughout his career, Dan has worked on behalf of a wide range of clients including the world’s largest institutions, Fortune 500’s to high net worth families and individual stakeholders. He has completed nearly 1,000 commercial leases and sale transactions totaling over $1 billion in value. 

Outside of real estate, Dan is active in several community and non-profit causes serving on Boards and chairing fundraisers. He enjoys skiing and scuba diving with his family and is a BA graduate of Whitman College.
