Stonemark Housing Partners was formed to solve a problem. After years of building net worth in the Pacific Northwest, our team sought to redeploy our own capital in higher yield markets across the United States to generate predictable reoccurring cash flow with attractive returns. We also desire to grow our equity in a tax-efficient vehicle that can be preserved for future generations. Having established a solid track record and proven performance history, our team expanded to extend this opportunity to our friends, family, and our valued investors. Our team has over 100 years of collective experience acquiring, managing, and selling multi-family and commercial real estate. This includes the acquisition and construction of over 5,000 apartment units and the sale of over $2 billion in asset value. Most recently, Stonemark members have been involved in the acquisition and management of over 2,400 multifamily housing units throughout the United States.

Stonemark Housing Partners invests in high-quality properties in major markets throughout the United States. Our ongoing investment program focuses on both affordable market-rate multifamily assets and properties whose income is secured with long-term HUD-subsidized contracts with a targeted minimum purchase price of $10 million. Our typical acquisition target is between $10 – $70 million, however, we do not have a maximum size restriction. We pursue both individual and portfolio investments. Stonemark acquires property all-cash or with financing in place including the assumption of existing debt if necessary. Senior-level decision makers are involved in all phases of a potential investment ensuring the success and timeliness of a transaction.
